NOTES
Confirming your booking
Please see attached our Terms & Conditions which detail the policy regarding payment for your holiday and explain the procedure in the unfortunate event of the cancellation of your holiday.
Animals
Regretfully we are unable to accept pets.
Smoking
Stonecot is a no smoking cottage and we would kindly ask that you refrain from smoking anywhere in the cottage and its grounds.
Travel cot & highchair
A travel cot and highchair can be made available on request at no extra cost, however we would ask that you provide your own bedding for the cot.
Refuse Collection
Refuse is collected weekly and the following have to be separated out:
Paper and bottles in the black box outside
Cardboard in the blue bag in the hall
Food waste in the green bin in the kitchen
Thank you for your co-operation in this matter as it is the recycling policy for Gloucestershire County Council and penalties, which we may pass on, apply if we do not comply with this policy.
